Are the Gamification and the Social Computing able to improve the creativity and the collective learning? The social creativity implies human collaboration through and around tools that improve the collective knowledge resulting from the collaboration.  COLLAGE is an European project led by ESADE during 2012-2015 with the aim of creating a serie of tools to promote the creativity and learning in companies based on the Gamification and the Social Computing.  The session will be focused on the exhibition of the theories which is based the project and the presentation of the results obtained.  In addition, during the conference there will be an interactive demonstration of the different utilities or services that have been developed for the project as for example inspirational information or solutions search engine, Brainstortming Games or collaborative social platforms.  Speakers: the session will be led by Esteve Almirall and Núria Agell, both professors from the Information Systems department of ESADE.
